The thickness of the left and right sides of the sand board is different.

If the wavy pattern is uneven, there are many reasons: it can be inverter, drive motor chain, sprocket, conveyor belt, motor belt, transmission belt, pulley, air pressure, working voltage and other issues.


According to the wavy pattern, the dynamic balance of each roller can be detected, the roundness of the roller can be measured, the thickness of the joints of the abrasive belt and conveyor belt can be checked, the moving parts can be checked whether they are installed correctly and their movement is smooth, and the air pressure and electrical appliances can be checked.


The abrasive belt is biased.

The air pressure is too low or the cylinder of the tensioner leaks.


The swing cylinder failed.


The bottom of the tensioner is deformed, or its left and right are unbalanced or the size of the belt is small.


Check the air pressure and airflow circulation, and then check the sealing and air intake of the cylinder.

Measure whether the outer circumference of the sanding roller and the tensioner are the same on both sides, and check whether the sanding belt has a large and small head.

The conveyor belt is biased.

The conveyor belt is too tight or too loose or the size of the head.


The tensioning cylinder failed.

Adjust the bolts on both sides of the first conveyor wheel.


Check the air pressure, then check whether the installation and movement of the various components of the cylinder are normal, then check whether the air valve and sensor are normal, and check whether the conveyor belt has large and small heads.

There is an alarm.

The plate is too thick or the two plates overlap, or there is a seat on the surface of the plate, causing the sensor above the first pressure roller at the entrance to touch the alarm.


The deviation of the conveyor belt causes the position protection switch to touch the alarm.


The deviation of the abrasive belt causes the position sensor to touch the alarm.


The fracture of the abrasive belt caused the tensioner to touch the limit switch, which triggered the alarm.

Suspend the machinery, lower the conveying platform, remove the plates, check the pressure rollers, and finally clean the sensors.


Pause the machinery, check the belt tightness, and then check the belt tensioning cylinder and working air pressure.


Check whether ash accumulates on the swing cylinder, air pressure and sensor of the abrasive belt.


Lower the belt tensioner and replace the belt.

Solution

The temperature of the pressure plate is uneven.

The steam/thermal oil channel in the plate is clogged by foreign objects, making the steam thermal oil unable to circulate normally.


Incorrect installation of the pressure plate or steam/thermal oil pipe, resulting in the gasification water/cold oil cannot be discharged or the steam/hot oil cannot enter the person.

First remove the steam/thermal oil inlet and outlet pipes of the problematic pressure plate, and then use an air pump to blow air at the inlet to blow out the foreign objects.(Note 1: Before removing the pipe, you must close the inlet valve, open the outlet valve, and drain the water/thermal oil in the pressure plate.When discharging the thermal oil, there should be a container below.) (Note 2: When blowing foreign objects, no one can stand around to prevent injury.)


Check the vapor thermal oil package. The vapor/thermal oil should go up and down through the pressure plate, and it is 100-150mm lower than the pressure plate.

There is a foam board or it is not fully glued.

The temperature of the platen is not enough.


The humidity of the sheet or glue is too high.


There is not enough time to press.


The plate is not flat enough.
